Here are 5 natural ways with which, one may keep pimples at bay.

1.FOOD TO AVOID

•Avoid red meats and if you can't avoid non-veg food. Along with this, it's important to avoid certain foods.

•Say a firm no to sweets, fried foods, heavy oily and gravy dishes, chocolates, ice-creams and aerated drinks at all cost.

•Youngsters quench their thirst with colas, instead of water and their parents not saying anything at all. Never do this and if you are a parent, never allow this to happen.

•Teach your youngsters from an early age to eat green vegetables, fruits and drink plenty of water, it may be difficult at times, but believe me , they will thank you in the long run.

2.KEEP YOUR STOMACH CLEAN

• Let's talk about the internal care. If you have been suffering from this problem, the most important thing is to keep a clean stomach.

•Avoid constipation at all costs. Take lots of green veggies like spinach, lettuce, cabbage, celery, fenugreek, among others and plenty of fresh salads and seasonal fruits.

•Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily and try to take some natural, fresh and un-canned juices along with this. This will help flush out toxins and cleanse your digestive system.

3. CLEAN REGULARLY

•Now, coming to the external care. The golden rule is to keep clean at all times, be squeaky clean!

•Oily skins are always an easier prey to sprouting pimples, many times starting from blackheads and whiteheads, then going on to becoming pus-filled pimples.

•Make an antiseptic face tonic with following ingredients:

Boil in 1 litre of water, strain and let it cool.

Add 1 tsp of camphor and dissolve in this solution completely.

Store this in the fridge and wipe your skin with this, several times a day to remove excess oiliness.

4.USE A NATURAL SKIN PACK

•You can make a skin pack at home using Sandalwood powder, Fuller's earth, Camphor and Rose Water. Mix this and keep in a small bowl in the fridge and apply on clean skin.

Let it dry completely and wash off with cold water. This should be done 3-4 times a week for results.

5.DO NOT TOUCH YOUR PIMPLES

•I would also like to emphasize on the fact that constantly touching the pimples with dirty fingers is not going to make them disappear, they'll remain there.

•Never ever pick or squeeze at them. This will not only cause infection, but also leave marks.

Here telecom operator are very clever, b ecause telecom operators want to earn money of 13 months instead of 12 months. Let do the calculation and find out why telecom operators are offering 28 days validity. Each month they get 2 days more, therefore in a year they get additional 24 days. There are 7 month which has 31 days so they get additional 7 days.Now in case of February ,it has only 28 days not 30. So the total number of days they get are=24+7-2=29 days. So if you recharge 12 times then more 29 days are left in a year.🤔🤔 Means for another 29 days you have to recharge from that telecom operator.😫😫 So you have to recharge 13 times in a year instead of 12 times in a year. So telecom operators provide 28 days validity only.
